The Joe Halbur Scholarship is awarded to students who plan to further their education in programs of environmental education, cultural interpretation, historical interpretation or outdoor recreation.

The Joe Halbur Scholarship is awarded to students who plan to further their education in programs of environmental education, cultural interpretation, historical interpretation or outdoor recreation. This year IAN is offering a $500 scholarship. Application deadline is March 1st of each calendar year. Announcement of the recipient will be made by April 2nd of that same year.
